Re: Any provision for Physiotherapist to undergo UGC NET exam?

UGC NET is common exam for those candidate who are intrested in research work , so tell me why physiotherapist is not eligible for giving UGC NET exam. I mean i check option list for taking any subject as optional for exam and i search social medicine and community health subject is present in list. so physiotherapist can take that subject as optional.
please reply soon.

Hi,

The UGC conducts the NET exam in 94 different subjects.
However, there is no provision for exam in physiotherapy.

For a complete list of the subjects, vsit the following link:

hii
provision for Physiotherapist to undergo UGC NET exam
There is no provision of NET examination for Physiotherapy.
According to UGC regulation for appointment of professors you just need to have a master degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university, to be eligible for Assistant professors post.

You can read the UGC regulation facts in the UGC regulation booklet.

good luck.
