It is somewhat hard to get admission based on this percentage since it all depends on cut-off which normally goes somewhat high. Still, apply for admission in this course, and there may be a chance to secure a seat.
Also, don't worry, there are other good options available out there from where you could pursue this course. Some of them are: Lovely Professional University (LPU), PU, Thapar, Osmania, VIT......etc; as they also provide good education and have better infrastructure.
