The civil industry is quite blooming these days.
But your job prospects do increase if you have a masters instead of just bachelors.
It is understood that after being on field for almost 4 years you might get frustrated working on the field.
So you can also do an MBA in Civil related fields.
There are institutes like RICS and Amity University who offer an MBA in fields like:-
1. Construction Project management
2. Real Estate.
They offer guaranteed placements as long as you meet the eligibility criteria and also provide you with an international exposure.

Dont worry...there are many job opportunities.....there is a great demand at present & in future....

The whole world needs civil engineers....

The only thing you need to do is maintain a good percentage at the end of your graduation(b.tech)....you need to command over your subjects & technical knowledge...

opurtunities for the civil engineering will never end in this scenerio.don't worry about your future.

just think of becoming a good technical and skillfull civil engineer. if you are capable then no one in this world can stop you. opurtunities for this evergreen strem can never end . only you engineers are needed for making houses for people to live in , only you are needed for construction of roads for the people to cover distances , only you are needed for construction of dams for hydropower electric projects.

your future can never end becoz these are the requirements of the daily life of the people which only a civil engineer can fulfill.

there is a huge demend for civil engineers in future years, as many software companies and many projects coming like metro, flyovers, there is continous demand , and with top class facilities given , higher salary are given and loads of upcoming projects you will get , if you perform well, and you can also learn put superb designs that might give you global exposure, and make you a great builder.
