I graduated in 2010 with a bachelor of Honor in Civil Engineering and work for one year at an international company in the department of Planning and Scheduling. Now i am deciding on during a master in Civil Engineering but don't know which branch to speciallize in. Is it advisable to do a master in Construction project management

hi...there is no doubt that the m.tech in structural engineering is the best mtech degree available for an civil engineer and if it is from colleges like iits and nits then there is no stopping for you ,there is an job guarantee and the career prospects are just too goods for an structural engineer from our country special if he has don it from an premier institute ,
its not like that the mtech degree in geotechnical engineering is not that good,it also has very good prospects but its just that structural engineering is best and everything else is after it.also if you want to do mtech in geotechnical engineering then the best college probably would be iit kharagpur and iit roorkee,but for getting in any of the above institutes you should get an gate rank of at least below 300 and for structures it should be for sure below 100 and also you have to do really well in the interview also
