Re: Regarding iit admit card Hello Madhulika, If you had already sent Application Form, wait for sometime. It will reach if everyone has done their job honestly. But if it is not reached within the last date, your application will be cancelled if it is reached after that last date. So, I think wait for some moment, and if it is not reached. Then, contact to the Zonal IIT about this problem. However, they may not help you because it is not their fault. But they can check whether your application form is reached or not. |

Re: Regarding iit admit card dear student, if you are qualified for the JEE2012 THEN YOU WILL RECEIVE IT SHORTLY because admit cards are dispatched from concern iit centers........ if you not receive it than there are possibilities of, your application form received after deadline OR you may not meet certain criteria for JEE2012 such as any one or more of the following, (1) You did not meet the age criteria of IIT-JEE 2012. (2) You first passed your qualifying exams on or before 1st October, 2010. (3) You attempted JEE in the year 2010 or earlier. (4) You qualified in JEE 2011 and accepted a seat in any one of the IITs by paying admission fees, irrespective of whether you joined or not. (5)You filled in a duplicate application form. so,make phone call with concern iit (where you have your application form) and ask them about it so,good luck......................................... |

Re: Regarding iit admit card Indian Institute of technology will dispatched the admit card of joint entrance exam through postal service. IIT JEE admit cards will not available to download. students who are eligible for entrance exam will receive their admit cards till 15 march. The admit cards Of joint entrance exam will be sent by Speed Post to the address of student that is mentioned be her/him on the Application Form. INFORMATION ON ADMIT CARD: There are many information like name, application number, registration number, photograph, signature, date of birth, address, category and subcategory of the candidate, language of Question Paper, along with name and address of the IIT-JEE 2012 Examination Centre allotted bear on the IIT JEE admit card. students can check this information when admit card is received by them. Important Information Regarding Admit Card: No duplicate admit card will be issued by IIT if the admit card is misplaced or any postal delay or irregularity resulting in non-delivery. Jee office is not responsible for any reason of not receive admit card. If Admit Card Not Received: If admit card not received by 15 march 2012 then candidates should contact the JEE office for admit card. student can get their registration number and center through IVRS – Interactive Voice Response System) / Website through their zonal IIT. After obtaining the registration number and center name student should write her/ his name, registration number and the examination centre on two identical halves of an A4- size paper. students must Affix his/her photographs (same version of photograph that is used in Application Form) one on each half. students must sign on the bottom of the photographs. after this process student must attest this document to his/her Head of School / Institution last attended / gazetted officer / notary public. How To Get Admit Card: after the above process students should meet the IIT Representative on 08-04-2012 with attested paper. student should meet the representative one hour before the examination at the office of the Presiding Officer of the examination center. The IIT Representative will retain one half of the paper and give the other half back to student. so student will be allowed to write the examination. Identity Verification: At the exam hall candidate should present his/her admit card to invigilators. this process is for verification of admit card so if any student will not success to prove his/her identity to invigilators then the student will not be allowed to appear in the JEE 2012 examination. Keep Admit Card Safe: students who will be qualified in JEE 2012 are required to produce the admit card at the time of counselling of JEE and the admit card should also require during admission process so candidate should be carefully preserved the admit card till the admission through IIT-JEE 2012 is completed. No duplicate Admit cards will not be Issued. Those candidates are not hold Admit card at the time of Exam then candidates are not allowed for Exam. If you are not received Admit card till 15th March then you informs IIT JEE authority Then IIT JEE authority will give the solution............ Good Luck................ |

if you have send you form before the deadline and the post office of hyderabad said it was reached ............ then i think your form has recived after deadline.... in the case of such events you will not be applicable for iit this year but if your form reached before deadline then you can download you admit card from official site of iit so try to know when your form was recieved by iit.... good luck |

After cheking the application status on the website of IIT zone in which zone you send the application form if it show that your application is not receive at IIT office then i advise you to contact the IIT office via phone. The contact information is given in the prospectus or in the official website of IIT. I think that you will get a solution of your problem. |
