Apart from these you also need to have a graduation degree from UGC recognized college/institute with minimum 50% marks ( 45% for SC/ST). Since you have average 10th, 12th marks You need to score very high in graduation. Following are the components where you have to work hard and increase you chances - Graduation Marks - CAT Score - Work ex - GD/PI All the best |

IIM is one most the most reputed colleges in India for management courses for getting admission there you should have passed graduation 60% marks you got,then you have to clear there entrance exam with good percentile,marks of 10th and 12th does not reduce your chance of getting selected in IIM |
