Approximately,34311 seats for BE/B-Tech in various institutions, namely NIT's, IIITs, Deemed University, Technical Institutions, Delhi Technological University, and other Government funded Institutions were offered in 2011, through this examination. A centralized online counselling had been organised for filling up the All India seats by the Central Counselling Board. Your overall rank is 42966, hence, it looks a little difficult to get admission. But, as you mentioned that your State rank is 6157, hence you stand a chance to get admission in any of the colleges in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
