Re: Is CMJ university valid for BA degree? I have completed my Graduation from CMJU of the session 2009-12 from histoty honours.. Now I am in suspicion that my degree will be valid for government examination or not.?? Please help me and guide me through it.... |

There is an opportunity to get job in Gujarat Government ,but I need a Certificate from your university that university is government approved and university degree is equivalent to every state (Gujarat). Kindly give information about university is government approved and Degree is acceptable as well as equivalent to every state (Gujarat) university degree. |

 CMJ university is recognised by the Government of Meghalaya and also approved by the UGC(University Grants Commission). So the degree from this university is valid for all the government jobs. Approval letters:-  Best of luck. |

Hello Friend , Yes, all its course that it offers is a valid one , and all the course is recognized under UGC , so no need to worry , you can enroll yourself in any of the course that you are interested in to pursue , the university is s very famous in the Eastern Region specially . . Re: Is CMJ university valid for BA degree? YES it is recognised by UGC. CMJ UNIVERSITY is established by Meghalaya Government as per the section 2f of UGC ACT 1956. As per UGC- >> This university will not have any study centre ,Campus and office outside the state of meghalaya >> This University will not have any affliated colleges Website of CMJ University: http://www.cmjuniversity.edu.in/ But i would suugest that you should do your BA from university like IGNOU which has study centres across india and exams can be given across india |

You can complete your BA degree as a regular Student, But keep in mind you can not complete your BA from distance education of CMJ, because distance education of CMJ University is not under Recognized University,eg approved by the UGC. So try to complete BA as regular student. thank You, |
