M.Pharm Asso-CET/CAP-2012 Participant Colleges: 27 Seats available: 1300 (The updated details of participant colleges, subjects and seats will be displayed on website www.auppc.org) Eligibility: B.Pharm for any AICTE approved institute with 50% marks (45% marks for reserve category for Maharashtra State candidates) and Non-zero score in M.Pharm ASSO-CET-2012 Information Brochure: Application form and information brochure of M.Pharm ASSO-CET/CAP-2012 will be available on website of AUPPC www.auppc.org The same will be made available to all eligible candidates free of cost on request from ARCs The cost of application form for each category, Non-Sponsored and Sponsored is Rs 1000/- each and an amount of Rs 500/- against examination fees, should be deposited to State Bank of India through online generated payment challan A total of Rs 1500/- (for non-sponsored or sponsored) and Rs 2500/- (for non-sponsored and sponsored) All payment should be made through State Bank of India through online generated challan only No other mode of payment shall be permitted Examination Centres: M.Pharm ASSO-CET-2012 shall be conducted at 15 different centres of Maharashtra and other States For detailed programme, eligibility, availability of form and other information please visit official website www.auppc.org It is mandatory to all applicants to send a copy of statement of marks of their final B.Pharm examination to the Head Quarter of AUPPC by email/fax/speed post or in person before the date of filling of preference form indicating M.Pharm CET roll number on it Other than Maharashtra State candidates can send the print copy of online submitted application form along with attested copies of documents and original payment challan to Head Quarter of AUPPC at Wardha by speed post for confirmation till 15th June, 2012 Important Dates Filling of online application on website www.auppc.org: 01st June, 2012 to 15th June, 2012 Confirmation of application form by hand in person only at ARC: 01st June, 2012 to 15th June, 2012 Date of M.Pharm ASSO-CET-2012: 24th June, 2012, 11.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. |
