Re: Which branches include more Maths?

No actually you can go to civil and mechanical also because as mechanical and civilians not only field work but also system work but for that you need to learn cad software

Re: Which branches include more Maths?

hai dear,
You are saying that you are intrested in mathematics but not in physics chemistry and mechanics,
you can choose following branches in engineering
>>>Electrical And Electronics
>>Computer Science
accroding to your question your unable to choose
Mechanical ,civil ,Metallurgical and chemical engineering
because Mechanical and Civil branch'es contain subjects like Engineering mechanics and Strength of materials,and mechanical contain lot's of physics.
If you more intrested in mathematics you can do M.SC after B.TECH and further go for
M.TECH and PHD.
better to choose above mentioned branches.

I hope so you can do it.....
Thank You.....

Re: Which branches include more Maths?

well, maths is a subject which is needed approximately in every field. Someone has even claimed that maths is the father of all sciences and physics is the mother. So, if you are interested in maths, you can opt for a Bsc or Msc in maths or you can also go for mechanical, electronics or computer field, where also maths is needed.
Thank you

Hai, Most of all engineering branches contain maths. But how much it is helpful in the branch is different. As my knowledge these are the branches :-
1.Electronic and communication Engineering :- This branch contains maths subjects like matrix,probability and general maths and most of all other subjects can have most maths without maths ECE can't understand. Because Analysis is very high in ECE.
2.Mechanical Engineering:-This branch contains laplace transforms , partial differential equations and general maths as subjects and also most of subjects are inter linked with maths because the same reason is analysis.
3.Civil Engineering:-This branch contains laplace transforms,transform calculas as subjects and most of the subjects are theoretical less maths requiered
And other branches also requires less maths

Hai friend
If you are interested in mathematics, then you can choose CSE or ECE in engineering depending upon your interest. In engineering there will not be any mathematics based branches throughout the four years.Only in first and second year you will have the mathematics subject.So,you have to decide now which branch you have to choose in engineering.
Thank You

Dear student,
> I think you are interested in Maths.
> If you want to do more maths in your study you can enter in Following stream..

1. B.Sc in Mathematics(after this take admission in P.G. with mathematics)

2.you can take admission in B.E. with following branches which have more mathematical subjecs.
1.Electronics and Communication.

2.Computer Science.

3.Mechanical.

4. Electrical and Electronics.

3.> or you can do MBA after any graduation it also have mathematics.

all the best for better future..

Re: Which branches include more Maths?

I think you are talking about the branches in B.tech ,so as per my knowledge most math oriented branches are-

1. Electrical
2.Mechanical
3.Civil

Those three are totally math oriented .

Thank you

Re: Which branches include more Maths?

Dear,
I am not getting clear meaning of your question. I am in dilemma weather you know more about engineering branches with mathematics or any general degree college branches with more mathematics.

I have taken both option into consideration and going to tell you scope of maths and branches having more mathematics.

>> In engineering, most of the branches have equal sharing of mathematics except Mechanical branch. All branch have mathematics upto 3rd semester whereas mechanical branch have mathematics upto 4th semester. So, I suggest that you have to choose mechanical engineering as your branch in engineering if you are really interested in mathematics.

>> Apart from engineering, several degree course are mathematics based such as B.Sc in mathematics and Statistics. These two branches have enough mathematics to spend whole graduation with mathematics.

Finally, choice is yours. I wish best of luck for your future.

WHICH BRANCH HAS MORE MATHS??

You forgot to mention in which studies you want to carry out either in your 11th,12th or UG degree.. Assuming that you wanted it in UG B.Tech degree the branches which consists of more maths are as follows..

-> Electronics and Communication.

-> Computer Science.

-> Mechanical.

-> Electrical and Electronics.

-> If you are more interested in maths then its good to go for B.Sc maths and then M.Sc and doing Ph.D which helps you to get job in many fields wherever maths is needed...

-> Think well and take a wise decision in which you are interested in and sure you will shine in it...

All the Best..
