Re: What are the chances for me after completing diploma in mechanical engineering? After completing diploma in mechanical engineering, you can join B.Tech/B.E degree in the same stream. Admission to this course is done through lateral entry entrance test conducted by the concerned University (that offers the course). Higher studies will improve your chances to get in to a rewarding career in future. If you are interested in obtaining a job immediately after the course, you can try for jobs in automobile manufacturing/designing firms, in metallurgical or mining industries, etc. In Automobile companies you can get in to the role of service specialist or maintenance technician. |
