Re: What is the procedure to join ISRO if I am a engineering student?

If you have pursued B.tech from recognized university you are eligible for joining ISRO.

Eligibility Criteria:- You should have a bachelor's degree of B.tech from a recognized university.

You should have at least 60% marks in B.Tech.

Age should be in between 21 to 30 years.

There is relaxation of percentage given to reserved categories.

Relaxation of 5 years is given to SC categories as per government rules.

GATE score card is mandatory for apply ISRO.

First you will have to crack the GATE exam after that you are eligible for ISRO.

Engineering students can join for technical positions in ISRO. Such candidates can generally opt for Scientist or Engineer posts. Higher age limit to apply in ISRO is 30 years. Also, 60% marks is necessary to join ISRO. The procedure for selection will depend on written examination. So, be prepared in the technical subject line to score well in this exam. GD and PI will be followed by written exam.
