Re: How to become a district collector after completing BCA Basic requirements for this post is you have to complete your graduation in any stream. After that you have to write UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) examination followed by interview etc. For writing UPSC exam you have to fill up application which is available in the official website of UPSC.
