Re: After BCA can I become a CBI officer? What is the procedure? Hello everyone... Anyone can suggest that after BCA which courses is preferred to join the Cyber crime branch. I have done BCA and I have some basic Hacking knowledge and I am pursuing MBA right now. so please everyone suggest me what i should do ? I am waiting for reply or suggestions.... Thanking you.... |

Re: After BCA can I become a CBI officer? What is the procedure? Yes You are able to apply for it. To be eligible for becoming an CBI Officer you should hold a Bachelor of any stream. Age Limits : You must have attained the age of 20 years & You must not have attained 27 years of age. The upper age limit will be relaxed by 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates. The upper age limit is also relaxed in favor of certain categories of employees working under the Government of India and Defense Services Personnel. Physical Requirements : Height : For men - 165cms and For women - 150cms. Height relax able for Hillsmen and for Tribals : 5cms. Chest : For men 76cms. with expansion (There shall be no such requirement in case of female candidates). Vision: Eye-Sight (with or without glasses) Distant Vision :6/6 in one and 6/9 in other eye. NearVision:0.6 in one eye and 0.8 in other eye |

CBI - Central Bureau of Investigation To join as CBI officer you need to appear for Combined Graduate Preliminary Exam conducted by SSC(Staff selection committee). * Candidates should have a graduation from a recognized university. * The age limit must be within 21 to 27 for general category. * The age limit must be up to 35 years for SC/ST candidates. * The age limit must be up to 33 years for OBC candidates. Procedure: * Written exam * Interview * Medical exam Attempts: For General category - 4 attempts. For SC/ST category - No limit For OBC category - 7 attempts Best wishes |

Criminal bureau Investigation Department(cbi) is a specialized wing in many state police forces in India of their. there are other branches in the CBI * State Crime Investigation Bureau * Finger Print Bureau * and Scientific Section. To join in CBI you should clear CGPE EXAM conducted by UPSC. Qualification required- Graduate So yes even a BCA graduate is eligible for CBI exam.. you need to have good physical strength also like any armed force.. |

To join in CBI you need to write the CGPE EXAM conducted by UPSC...!! and minimum qualification for that is to be Graduate.. So yes even a BCA graduate is eligible for CBI exam.. for that you need to have good physical strength also like any armed force.. |
