You have a diploma and he has a b.tech degree.there is a lot aof difference in these.with diploma you can get a lower post than b.tech holder. And also job can't find you at home. Give the interview in a good company.for clearing the interview,you have good commonication skill, knowledge,etc are necessary. ALL THE BEST

Hi friend, it is not about the B.Tech or diploma. it is all about the stuff we have. according to me diploma holders and b.tech graduates will look for a different job profile. if you say b.tech graduates are also eligible for the jobs for which diploma candidates are eligible then in that case they will ask the questions which a diploma candidate can answer. they will set the paper as per the eligibility criteria so then you should not have any proble though you are a diploma candidate. dont compare with b.tech or m.tech but be strong enough to answer all the questions in any interview or exam. have strong basics and good knowledge in your subject. if you own these qualities then you can get a job and a b.tech holder cant. so, be an example for all those who thinks in this manner. all the best |
