You can now only enrol for the June 2014 exams. Foundation course is of 8 months Fees is Rs 4500/- You have to study the below subjects in the Foundation stage of the CS programme: 1. Business Environment and Entrepreneurship 2. Business Management, ethics and Communication 3. Business Economics 4.Fundamentals of Accounting and Auditing |

Re: When can I register for CS foundation course after clearing 12th? You can register for the CS foundation Course as the eligibility for the Foundation Course is 10+2. There are Three stages to complete the Company Secretaries Course for 10+2 students.(i) Foundation Programme, (ii)Executive Programme (iii)Professional Programme. In addition to these there is 15 months of practical training which can be started after passing the Executive Programme. |

Re: When can I register for CS foundation course after clearing 12th? For the CS foundation course registration can be done all throughout the year. There isn’t any such thing as a last date for registration. The students who register on or before March 31st can appear in the December examination in the same year and the students who register on or before September 30th can appear in the June examination in the subsequent year. |
