I completed BE Biotechnology with Mtech in environmental engineering. Am I eligible to work as assistant professor in civil dept in engineering college as per AICTE Norms? Pls give me the suggestions......

I had completed chemical engineering and have more than 8 years of chemical process plants experience. Now I had completed master in Environmental engineering. Am I eligible to work as Assistant Professor in Civil department in engineering college as per AICTE norms?

I am M.Sc (Botany), M.Tech Environmental Science & Engg, Ph.d (EVS&Engg) persuing elegible for assistant professor in civil engg or no as per new norms of aicte.
