Re: Is PGDBA equivalent to Post Graduate degree as per UGC norms? Is it compulsory to opt for PG subject for NET exam? Can I take my graduation subject for NET exam? Sir is it necessary to chose the same subject which we have chosen for our graduation or post graduation or we can chose any subject from the given list of all subjects allowed by ugc net. |

Is PGDBA equivalent to Post Graduate degree as per UGC norms? Is it compulsory to opt for PG subject for NET exam? Can I take my graduation subject for NET exam? Respected Sir/mam, I have some queries regarding NET EXAM. Kindly give your suggestions. I have completed my PGDBA from Symbiosis , Pune and scored 64.4%. The first thing which I want to ask is that: - 1. Is PGDBA (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration) is equivalent to Post Graduate Degree as per UGC Norms. 2. Can I apply for NET Exam according to this. 3. Is it compulsory to opt post graduation subject for Net Exam. 4. Can I take my Graduation subject for Net Exam. Actually, I want to appear for Net Exam in English Subject because I have an interest in english and want to become a English Teacher. Kindly suggest me regarding Net Exam or an alternative for becoming English Teacher (for your information I'm pursuing M.A. English from IGNOU), what should I go for?
