Dear Friend,
As per the INDIAN CDC you are being Eligible for it as an officer for Electrical and Electronic branch,Since as per the eligibility criteria you must be Between 18 and 40 years of age and your Educational qualifications must be having A Diploma or Degree in respective Branch from a Government recognized Polytechnic or recognized University.
So,You should apply for it as you are being eligible but with these you should be confirm by all the norms,terms and conditions.
As after that you should also being go under the other process then only you will be eligible for it.
