The eligibility criteria

Education Qualification
Candidate should be 10+2 pass and should have a 50% marks in Physics chemistry and Maths.
For SC/ST candidates 40% is required.

Age Limit
Candidate applying for the JIMPER examination should
not have age less then 17 years.

Jawaharlal Institute of Post-graduate Medical Education Research (JIPMER) examination is conducted in every year for the admission in the MBBS course.The total number of seat available in the JIPMER is 98.
To appear in the JIPMER examination you need the following eligibility criteria.

Educational Qualification :

To appear in the JIPMER exam the minimum educational qualification is
pass 12th std. with physics, chemistry and biology subject with minimum
of 50% marks and 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates.

Age Limit :-

The minimum age is 17 years at the time of admission and there are no
maximum age limit for the JIPMER examination.

JIMPER is the entrance for the Medicine course.

This entrance is conducted every year by the Jawaharlal Nehru post graduation of medical education and Research center .

Eligibility criteria for JIMPER exam:

  • Completed 12th standard with biology,physics,chemistry
  • Minimum 50% required
  • Age should not be less than 17 years and not more than 21 years

ABOUT JIMPER -


If You Are Intrested To Apply For JIMPER Examination, Then You Should Have Completed The Age Of 17 Years At The Time Of Admission.

And You Must Have Passed The Subjects Like Physics, Chemistry, And Maths Individually And You Must Have Obtained A Minimum Of 50% Marks Together In Physics, Chemistry And Maths In Your 12th Examination.

So, If You Are More Than 17 Years Of Age, then You Are Eligible To Apply For JIMPER Examination.

The age limit for jipmer is as follows:

Age limit
Candidate should be at least 17 years in age on the 31st October of the year of examination.

Educational qualification:

candidates should have passed 10+2 exam or equivalent from a recognized board of secondary education or equivalent with physics, chemistry , biology and English and should have obtained at least 50% marks in PCB ( for reserved categories like SC / ST / OBC /PD , minimum passing marks required is 40%).

Dear friend all information given about JIPMER admission................

MBBS courses July 2011 session....

Applications are invited from resident Indian nationals for admission to MBBS course (number of seats 98) for the year 2011 through entrance examination..........

Eligibility conditions.

Essential: Applicant must be a resident Indian national; should have studied and completed his/her course in the schools located in India in the preceding two years.....

Applicants should have been born on or before 01st January, 1995.

Educational:

Applicant should have passed higher/senior secondary examination (10+2) with minimum 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and a pass in English for UR and 45% for UR-OPH and 40% for SC/ST/OBC.....


Entrance examination:

JIPMER uses paper-based test administration (MCQ) for merit listing the candidates for the above admission
Candidate has to appear for entrance examination to be conducted by JIPMER in 12 centres around the country on 05th June, 2011, 10.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

The age limit for MBBS entrance exam for different competive exam are
  • in JIPMER Medical Entrance Test minimum age is 17 years but no maximum age limit.
  • in AIIMS the minimum age is 17 years but no maximum age limit.
  • in AFMC the minimum age is 17 years but maximum age limit is 22 years.
  • in PMT the minimum age is 17 years but maximum age limit is 25 years.



Education Qualification for JIPMER

Candidate should be 12TH pass with at-least 50% marks in Physics chemistry and Maths.

Eligibility criteria:

A candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% aggregate marks in PCB (40% for SC/ST). Those who are appearing for class 12th exams can also apply.

Also a candidate should have attained the age of 17 years.
Important Dates (Tentative):

Date of Entrance Examination: 1st week of June, 2011

Availability of Application Forms: Last week of February-2nd week of April, 2011

Last Date for receipt of completed application forms: mid week of April, 2011

JIMPER exam is conducted every year for the admission of MBBS course.

Jawaharlal Nehru of Post Graduate Medical Education and Resarch centre conducts this exam. It has total of 100 seats for MBBS course out of this admission to 82 seats is through JIPMER entrance.

The eligibility criteria required for this examination is given below

Education Qualification
Candidate should be 10+2 pass and should have a 50% marks in Physics chemistry and Maths.
For SC/ST candidates 40% is required.

Candidate applying for the JIMPER examination should
