Hi friend, The Minimum age required to get admission in 10th standard is 14 years.If the candidate had completed his/her 14 year then they are eligible for 10th standard.There are many forms of board which provide the complete education for 10th standard. CBSE, ICSE, STATE BOARD, The subjects which come in 10th standard are given below: MATHS. ENGLISH. ECONOMICS. GEOGRAPHY. HISTORY. COMPUTER. PHYSICAL EDUCATIONS. MUSIC. PHYSICS,CHEMISTRY. The Minimum age reqired to get admission in 10th std is 14 years.If you have completed your 14th then you are eligible for the 10th std.There are many forms of Board in India which proved the complete education for the 10th std. Exams baord in India are listed as below:- CBSE, ICSE, STATE BOARD, The subjects which comes in 10th std are as below--->>> MATHS. ENGLISH. HINDI. ECONOMICS. GEOGRAPHY. HISTORY. COMPUTER. PHYSICAL EDUCATIONS. MUSIC. PGYSICS,CHEMISTRY, ARTS. etc....... But you will have to choose only 5 subjects from above. Hope My post will help you. |

Re: Minimum age required to appear in class 10th exam 2015? My son date of birth 30th oct 2011. He will be 3 yr 5 months as on 31st mar 2015. Can I admit to LKG this year? Will he face any age limitation while appearing 10th exam? Kindly guide. |

Re: Minimum age required to appear in class 10th exam 2015? Yes, your daughter is eligible to give 10th class examination with 19/03/2000 as your daughter's date of birth. Do not worry, generally to be eligible for 10th class state or central level exams like CBSE Examinations (Central Board of Secondary Education), the minimum age of a candidate must be 14 years. As she has already crossed the age of 14 years and will reach 15 years on 19/03/2015, your daughter is absolutely eligible to give 10th class exams. So I can say that, your daughters age is right age to be appeared for 10th class exams. By the time she would appear for 10th exams (in March/ April 2015), no doubt your daughter's age would be more than what is required actually. |
