1st standard was fixed at 5 years 10 months for the 2017-18 academic year. For pre-primary (kindergarten), it was fixed at 3 years 10 months.

I am studying in last year of diploma in E&TC branch. After diploma I want to take admission in 1st year of B.tech course in Aeronautical Engineering. Am I eligible for it??

You can't join Aeronautical engineering after passing 10th class.

To pursue Aeronautical engineering you have to complete 12th class from any recognised board. Score good marks to get admission in good colleges.

But if you want to do aeronautical engineering just after 10th class then you can join diploma course and after completing diploma course in aeronautical field then you can do graduation course directly.

You are not eligible to do B.E Aero after 10th class.

You should have passed 12th class with maths as major with atleast 50% from recognized Indian board to apply for Aeronautical engineering.

No you can not join Aeronautical Engineering soon after your 10th.

To get in to Engineering you need to have completed your 12th with Physics and Chemistry Subjects.

Aeronautical Engineering one of the Toughest Engineering Course.

TO get seat in Aeronautical Engineering you need get very good rank in you Eamcet.

Eamcet is the entrance exam for getting in to Engineering.

If you clear EAMCET exam with good rank then you will get seat in Engineering base don your rank.

To get a seat in Aeronautical Engineering you need to work very hard and see that you get a decent rank in your Eamcet.

So firstly Complete your 12th and then crack Eamcet exam to get in to Aeronautical Engineering.

Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem it is.

1.You cannot join Aeronautical Engineering graduation course directly after completing your 10th class.

2.To join graduation you must complete your 12th or it's euvivalent first.

3.But you can Aeronautical Engineering in Diploma after completing your 10th class.

4.Join in diploma in AE course complete and do graduation course in same field in one of the best university.

5.So that you will have better future.

First of all you have to complete your intermediate with Science stream. So, after completing your 10th take admission in 11th science with subjects of A-group i.e., Physics, Chemistry and Maths.

Study hard and complete your 12th with at least 60% marks. And then, you can take part in the online admission process for engineering.

If you want to get admission in the reputed colleges such as IITs and NITs then you have to crack some competitive exams like JEE (Joint Entrance Exam) or AIEEE (All Indian Engineering Entrance Exam).

While choice feeling, give the Aeronautical Engineering as a first preference and wait for the sit allocation.
