NDA stands for National Defense Service exam. This exam is conducted twice in a year by UPSC. NDA Examination is conducted for 3 wings- Indian Air Force, Indian Navy and Indian Army. If you have completed the 12th standard from a recognized board or equivalent exam , you are eligible to apply for NDA as far as educational criteria is concerned. Your age should be in between to 16.5 years to 19 years. There is no age relaxation for SC/ST candidates. Exam Scheme:- >>Written test >>Interview So, you can apply for NDA after 12 class. Re: Can I give NDA exam after studying 11th? What is the age limit? Yes,why not you can give exam of NDA (National defence academy) after 11th. If you have completed your 11th std then you have become eligible for the NDA 1st paper and when you will qualify this paper you will become eligible for the NDA 2nd paper. The NDA entrance exam are conducted in two parts which are known as NDA -1 and NDA-2.In the month of august You will have to fill the application form of NDA-1 and then you will be called for the written test paper in the month February. Those who are in 12th std or have passed 12th std are allowed to participate in the NDA-2nd exams.Once you clear these two paper you will have to go for the SSB interview in the army camp. The SSB interview will be conducted in six days and you will heve to give your best to get selection in NDA. Exam patterns of the NDA-1st and NDA-2nd is as below :--> Physics : 100 Marks Chemistry : 60 Marks General science : 40 Marks History , freedom movements etc : 80 Marks Geography : 50 Marks Current Events : 40 Marks Some of the fields in which you will posted are listed as below:--> 1.Indian Army 2.Indian Air Force 3.Indian Navy Eligibility criteria for the NDA entrance exams are listed as below--->>> Age :16 ½ to 19 years Nationality:Indian Marital Status: Unmarried Height Required :--> 1.Army Wings - 157.5 cms 2.Air Force - 162.5 cms 3.Naval Academy - 157 cms |

Re: Can I give NDA exam after studying 11th? What is the age limit? NDA means National Defense Academy. UPSC conducts the entrance exam for this academy two times every year. Eligibility criteria: 1. Candidate must have passed the 10+2 or appearing for it from a recognized board. So, being a candidate of 10+1, you are not eligible to appear for the NDA exam. You will have to wait for one more year to apply for the exam. 2. Your age should be between 16.5-19 years. 3. Only unmarried male candidates can apply for the exam. Re: Can I give NDA exam after studying 11th? What is the age limit? No ,you are not eligible to seat for NDA (National Defence Academy) .But you can apply for it next year in the NDA -I 2016 . The eligibility criteria is +2 passed candidates with Physics ,Mathematics and English as main paper . The age of the candidates must be 16.5-19 years . The written contains questions of Mathematics and General Knowledge.The total duration of examination is 6hrs and total of 900 marks. There is negative marking also on each wrong answer. If you qualify in the written examination.You have to go through SSB (Service Selection Board). But you can start preparing for it from now. |

Yes you can give NDA exams after completion of your 11th class you will be a student of class 12th now but you have to have some other requirements too . The NDA stands for National Defense Academy and this examination is held twice every year by U.P.S.C. . The minimum requirements for appearing in this examination are mentioned below :- You must be an unmarried male . You must have done your 12th or must be reading in it physics , chemistry and mathematics as your main subjects from a recognized school/college of a recognized board. Also your age must be above 16.5 years and must not exceed 19 years too . The examination will be taken in two steps :- Step I :- Written test & Step II :- SSB interview . NDA exam stands for National Defence Academy To get it in to there are some eligibility criteria which the candidates have to clear other wise not eligible to get register. *The candidates should be a citizen of INDIA. *The candidates should be 10+2 pass from a recognized board with PCM . *The age limit is 16.5 - 19 years. No, you cannot give for NDA Exam after studying 11th because you are not satisfying the education qualification needed for NDA. The educational qualification needed for applying for the NDA exam is, candidate should have completed +2 from a recognized university. In the case of joining in Indian Navy or Air Force you should have completed +2 with Physics and Mathematics as subjects. It is better that you continue your studies and finish your respected +2 and apply for the exam along with the other criteria's and they are: # Candidate should have a Citizenship in India. # Candidate should be a Unmarried male candidate. # Age limit needed is 16 1/2-19 years # The candidate appearing should be physically fit. NDA examination is conducted by the UPSC twice in every year. To appear in the NDA examination you need the following eligibility criteria. Eligibility Criteria : --> Pass 12th class from a recognize board or University. 12th appearing student may apply for the entrance examination. --> The age must be between 161/2 to 19 years at the time of appearing of examination. These are the basic eligibility criteria for the NDA entrance examination. NDA exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice time in a year for three wings. - Army wings - Navy wings - Air force Wings Eligibility criteria for NDA Examination :- Candidate should be an Indian citizen. For apply Army wings candidate must have completed 10+2 exam of a recognized School or Board and studying in the final year of 12th examination may also eligible. For apply Navy / Air force wings candidate must have completed 10+2 with PCM subjects from a recognized board. There is no minimum marks required for NDA Examination . Age limit:- Age should be between 16.5 years to 19 years. There is No age relaxation for reserved categories in this exam. Only unmarried Male candidate are eligible to apply this exam. Height for NDA Exam:- - Army Wings - 157.5 cms - Air Force - 162.5 cms - Naval Academy - 157 cms |
