Sir after getting marks above your cutoff in mains exams you need to go for the advanced exam.

JEE Main 2015 Cutoff has been announced by CBSE on April 27 at 3 pm. It is the minimum score required for eligibility to appear in the second stage of the entrance exam (JEE Advanced) for admissions to different Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT's) across the country. This year, the cutoff for general category is 105 marks, which was 115 in 2014. General category candidates, who have scored above this, will be able to appear for JEE Advanced on May 24.

So if you are from general category than you are not able get any admission and if you belongs to another categories than there can be the chance of your admission as marks vary accordingly.

So if you really have interest in all this you have good chance for preparing again and than there can be chance for admission with better marks.
