There are many distance university which offer B.Sc Nursing through distance or correspondence. IGNOU and Sikkim Manipal University are to do B.Sc nursing through distance mode. You have to visit their official website to apply this course. These two university gives application form in online mode. You can apply this program online by visiting their website. Education Qualification:- 10+2 class passed with Science (PCB) & English Core/English Elective with aggregate of 45% marks from recognized board. Minimum age for B.Sc nursing is 17 years and maximum age is 35 years. You must be medically fit. |

Candidate willing to pursue BSc in Nursing [post basic] program through distance mode, may look to opt for Indira Gandhi National Open University [IGNOU]. The University is recognized by University Grant Commission [UGC] and Distance Education Council [DEC] and the degree obtained from it gets recognition on all India level. In order to get admission in IGNOU for Bsc Nursing [post basic]program, candidate must have completed the +2 level of exam with three years diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery with minimum of two years experience in the profession or, Must have passed the 10th with three years diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery with minimum of five years experience in the profession. The duration of the program is three years. For detail information one may refer to the nearest study center of IGNOU. |
