The entrance examination are commonly held for the posts of bank clerk and bank probationary officer . The minimum qualification required for appearing in these entrance examination are as here under :- * You must be an Indian resident . * Your age must be within 20 years to 28 years if you are trying for bank clerk otherwise for the bank probationary the age limit is 21 years to 30 years .Also there is the provision of age relaxation as per the government norms . * You must have graduation degree with any stream form a recognized university . * You must have the little knowledge of how to operate a computer as all the bank works are computer based . The important bank entrance examination are IBPS examination and SBI examination which are held for the recruitment of clerk and probationary officer for 29 nationalized banks and SBI respectively . At the very first for getting job in the banking sector you have to go for your bachelor degree course with any discipline of your choice from a recognized university only then you will be eligible for the banking jobs like bank clerks and Bank PO and then you will have to crack their respective entrance examinations. Basic eligibility criteria for appearing in these examinations are following :- * You must be an Indian citizen . * Your must have a bachelor degree with any discipline from a recognized university . * For bank clerk ,your age must be within 20 years to 28 years but for the bank PO it must lies between 21 years to 30 years .There is the provision of age relaxation as per the government rules and regulations . The most important and popular bank entrance examinations are SBI exams and IBPS exams .Both the examination consists of two steps which are written examination and personal interview . You don't have to special thing to get into Banking Sector.You have to join a field for Graduation like BCA,B.Com,BBA and many more are there.After completing the graduation you will be able to register for any bank Exam.There are many options for the Graduate Students in Bank. I suggest you to do your Graduation in B.com,It is much helpful for Bank Exam.So join a best institute for B.com. |

Well friend as you want to go in the banking sector after 12th then you have to appear for the entrance exam conducted by ibps.Ibps conducts exam for po and clerk both. First what you have to do is complete your graduation and then appear for that. ELIGIBILITY: 1.You must have completed your graduation from any recognized university with minimum 60% marks. 2.Age limit for the exam is 21-28 years. Thank you |

Re: What should I do to get into Banking sector after 12th? Yes you can opt for many courses. You can go with B.com and many courses to complete your graduation. The eligibility criteria for getting the jobs in banks are :- Candidates must have graduation from any recognized university. There is no limitations on the discipline of graduation. Candidates age between 19-28 apply for the Clerk and 21-30 for the PO. The examination conducted for getting the jobs are conducted by IBPS and SBI. The question in the examination are asked from General knowledge,English ,Reasoning and Mathematical ability,Data Interpretation and from computer based. So you can complete your graduation in which ever discipline you like most as graduation completed candidates in any discipline are eligible. |

What should I do to get into Banking sector after 12th? Tell me now i am studying in 12th class from commerce steam. i interested in banking job but i don't know that what should i do for banking job after 12th class? so please tell me what should i do after 12th class? |
