Re: Educational qualification required for Group 2 exam? Tamilnadu public services commission conducts group 2 examination for various powerful posts under Tamilnadu government. To be eligible for group 2 examination, you must hold bachelor degree in any stream with atleast 45 percentage marks from any recognised Indian institution or board. The maximum age limit to apply for this examination is 35. Three years age relaxation will be given for OBC category candidates. Five years age relaxation will be given for reserved category candidates. There is no such criteria for number of attempts. The selection process will be written examination followed by personal interview. Like Tamilnadu, other Indian states also conducts group 2 examination for recruitment of people to service in various wings of state government. For more details www.tnpsc.gov.in/ |

Education Qualification for Group 2 exam: Graduation from a recognized university in any stream Appearing in final year candidates are also eligible. Age limit is 18-33 years. Age relaxation is given to reserved category candidate.
