Hi friend,
you can participate any number of times in GATE exams. which means there is no limit for number of attempts in GATE exam.

There is no such limit for attempts.You can attempt if you are not satisfied with your previous marks.

there is no age limit for the gate exam.there is no limits for the gate attempts,
you can attend the any number of times for qualifying in the gate.

GATE is an all India level entrance exam administered by the IIT’s. The eligibility to appear in the GATE exam is to have a bachelor’s degree in any of the science subject after +2. Final year students can also appear in the examination. According to the GATE exam rules, no age limit is specified. A candidate can appear any number of times for qualifying in the GATE.

In one sentence you can appear for GATE how many times you need,but keep in mind that there are limitation in age for various colleges for M.Tech admission.

dear for all the catagories the GATE attempts has no limit you can attempt as many time you can .but the score card is valid for two years ok all the best

hi,
there is no limit for the number of attempts for any students but there is an age limit of 30 years for an general students and relaxation of 5 years for an students belonging to sc/st category,
but its better to clear it in final year of your engineering so that you can do your m.tech without any break in your studies

Dear Friend,

The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an all-India examination administered and conducted in eight zones such that One Indian Institute of Science(IISc),Bangalore and the Seven IITs(Bombay,Kharagpur,Kanpur,Guahati,Roorkee,Madra s,Delhi)

According to the Eligibility of the GATE:

1:You should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology or Architecture or Pharmacy of 4 years after 10+2.

2:You can also apply if you are in the final or pre-final year examination of the Master Degree.

or
3:You have to be a Master degree holders in any branch of Science like Physics,Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Applications etc....

4:You can also apply if you are in the final or pre-final year examination of the Master Degree.

According to the GATE rules,there is no limit of appearing in GATE exam,there is no age limit also.
