Great to know you are planning to go for this 3 year Exec-MBA program from IIT.
First of all please ensure that you fulfill the eligibility criteria.(i.e B.E. with 60% and above marks and minimum 2 years of work experience before 31st July 2011). Also check website incase there is any deviation from what I have said above.

As for the preparation, please go to the below mentioned link and download the last 4 year question paper's.

You can solve these 4 question paper's and prepare accordingly. The weightage given to written test and other processes is as follows:-

1.) Written Test- 35%
2.) Work Experience and Job profile+ Academic background:- 25%
3.) GD +PI- 40%

So write a good Statement of Purpose and send a good updated cv highlighting your achievements.
The number of applicants for 3 year Exec-MBA's in IIT's/IIM's is always much less than full time.
If you get selected then do join it as it is the best in the Delhi/NCR.
