By this you should pursue your MBA. You are eligible only after bachelor degree with atleast 60% marks in any discipline.

The procedure to do a human resource management course is that you should apply for the MBA Course which offers candidates to become a HR in future. The eligibility needed for doing this course is that candidate should have completed a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with at least 60% aggregate in any stream of education.

The other thing to be noted is that you should apply for the entrance exams for pursing the MBA course and there are eligibility criteria's which are framed for the exam. Below there are colleges mentioned for doing human management course in Bangalore:
