As you are aware IDBI now recruit's through IBPS. You are to face CWE conducted by IBPS every year. After cracking written exam you are to face common interview conducted by IBPS. Written score + interview score will determine your chance of getting job.Moreover you are to choose preference 1(one) to join IDBI first. |
