Re: Am I eligible for BTC with an age of 30 years and 6 months? BTC stands for Basic Training Certificate. BTC is a two year diploma course that provides eligibility certificate to all the enrolled applicants for appointment as government school primary teachers. The eligibility criteria for BTC are as under :- -The candidate must be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh state. -The minimum eligibility to participate in the concerned exam is graduation in any discipline with minimum 50%(45% for SC/ST) marks from a recognized university of India. -The candidate must have passed B.Ed. degree to become eligible for the BTC. -The age limit for the candidate should be in between 18 years to 30 years.There is relaxation in upper age limit for OBC/SC/ST candidates by 5 years. |
