Re: How to get admission in Mewar University Rajasthan for B.Tech? hai, Mewar University is an autonomous body set up by the Government of Rajasthan through Act.No.4 of 2009,Passed by the Rajasthan Assembly(Govt.of Rajasthan) Mewar University is approved by the UGC under section 2(f) of the UGC Act 1956. Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech in Mewar University Rajasthan: Candidates should complete 12th with PCM(Physics,Chemistry,Mathematics or its equivalent with 50% marks or equivalent grades.For general/OBC candidates and 45% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/PH candidates Qualifying examination: AIEEE/any National or state level engineering entrance exam. Streams are following: Chemical engineering Civil Engineering Automobile Engineering Electrical Electrical & Electronics Engineering Electronics & Communication Mechanical Engineering. Duration of B.Tech : 8 semesters. Prgramme fee : Tutition fee Rs.57,000(per year) examination fee Rs.3000/- (I/II Semester) For NorthEast and J& K students which includes Tuition fee exam,Exam fee,Books,course meterial,Stationar,uniform,project and Training Charges. One time charges at the time of admission: Prospectus Rs. 500/- Enrolment fee Rs.500/- Registration Fee Rs.1000/-(Stationary,books and uniform charges will be extra as applicable from time to time) All the fees would be accepted through pay order/demand draft made in favor of Mewar University Payable at Chittorgarh (Rajashthan) How to Apply: Students may collect application form with prospectus on payment of fee Rs.500/- from University campus or camp office. OR Students may download the application form from University website and submit the same with a fee Rs.500/-.
