You can apply for lecturer post after M.A in either private or government colleges or Universities. The current vacancies in different private colleges will be published as notifications. You can apply on that basis and need to appear for Personal Interview and Teaching demo as part of selection procedure. In case of government colleges or universities UGC conducts NET exam for Lecturer or Assistant professor Positions. If you clear this exam and get a good score in this, you can apply for the same position in reputed government colleges or universities.
