Re: Qualification required for getting admission in NDA? Dear Friend The eligibility criteria of NDA is explained as follow; Educational Qualification; If you want to apply for Army Wing of National Defence Academy: You should be 12th Class passed of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University. If you want to for Air force or for Naval Wings or for the 10+2 (Executive Branch) course at the Naval Academy of National Defence Academy then you should have 12th class passed in the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University. NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY exam conducted by UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION two times every yer as NDA-I and NDA-II for entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA. Those candidate completed 12th standard is eligible for NDA. The final year 12th exam appearing candidate is also eligible to apply for NDA. The candidate should be an unmarried Indian male candidate within the age of 16.5 to 19 years of age. The candidate should be healthy and Physically fit. The selection is through written exam followed by personal interview along with Physical Fitness and Medical Test. The candidate wish to apply for Indian Navy and Air Force of NDA, should have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th standard. For further Information you may log on to http://www.upsc.gov.in |

First of all ,to be eligible for the entrance test of the NDA exam is that you must have to pass the class 12th standard ....you must have phsics,chemistry and mathematis as your main subjects. This is the basic eligibility criteria for the exam ,further details for the eligibility of NDA is provided below: You must have in between the age of 16 to 19and 1/2, and you must be an unmarried person. NDA is basically organized for the 3 types of vaccancies ,ARMY,NAVY and AIR-FORCE. The exam is held twice in the year,one in the month of semptember-october and othetone in the month of april-may... For more details please go through the employment newspaper daily,all the notification regarding the NDA exams are published in the paper... |

Re: Qualification required for getting admission in NDA? Hi, As per the eligibility criteria for NDA Exam. For Army wing,you must have completed 10+2. In order to join Navy and Air Force wings, You must have gone through Physics and Mathematics as the subjects at 10+2. One should be in the age between 16 1/2 years to 19 years are eligible. As your date of birth is on 21-09-1993, your age is 18 years by 2011 and by 2012 you are going to complete 19 years. you can appear for upcoming NDA Exam. ~~~~~~~~~ |
