I am dropping out my engineering seat which i have taken through kcet in 2014 can i reappear in kcet in kcet 2017 and take b.arch seat.?

The KCET is an entrance exam for admission in universities of Karnataka.
You are currently doing B.Sc which is a graduation course.
I think KCET is not the exam you are supposed to give.
For higher studies you must score well in your B.SC and try to take admission in a college which offers M.Sc in your stream.

Anyhow there is an age criteria to appear for KCET. You must below 18 years of age and should have passed 12th standard with physics,chemistry and maths or biology with an aggregate percentage of atleast 50%.

Yes,you will be eligible to write KCET 2016 .

KCET stands for Karnataka Common Entrance Test .

After qualifying in KCET exam, candidates will be eligible to get admission in the medical and dental programs such as Homeopathy, Ayurveda, Unani, Naturopathy, B.Sc. Agriculture, Sericulture, Forestry, etc.

The eligibility criteria for KCET 2016 are as under :-

-The candidate should have passed 12th class with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects.

-The candidate should also be qualified with the optional subjects Mathematics, Biology and computer science.

-The candidate must have secured at least 50%(40% for OBC/SC/ST candidates) marks in aggregate in 12th board exam .

-The candidate applying for the KCET Government seat should have studied and passed from a Government recognized institute of Karnataka for a minimum period of 7 years.

Important dates regarding KCET 2016:

Opening date of online application form – last week of January 2016

Last day to submit filled forms – first week of March 2016

Last day of fee payment – first week of March 2016

Date of KCET Admit Card 2015 – second week of April 2016

Exam date – second week of May 2016

Kannada Language test date – second week of May 2016

Practical Exam for Agriculture Quota – third week of May 2016

KCET Result 2016 Date – last week of May 2016

KCET counselling 2016 starts – Second half of June 2016

The Eligibility criteria for the Karnataka Common Entrance test is:

Candidate must have passed 10+2 board with subjects Physics and Mathematics as compulsory one. Your percentage of marks in 10+2 should be 45% for general category and 40% for reserved category.

Since you are in final year of bachelor's degree of science, you are eligible for the 2016 KCET exam.

KCET stands for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test. This is the engineering entrance examination in Karnataka for candidates willing to pursue bachelor of engineering.

Eligibility criteria:

The minimum academic qualification required for the KCET is that candidate must have done 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with English.

Candidate must have chemistry/electronics/biotechnology/computer science/biology as an optional subject. Minimum percentage of marks in 10+2 for general candidates is 45% and for SC/ST category is 40%.

So, yes, you can apply for KCET 2016 being a final year student of bachelor of science as minimum requirement is 10+2 passed for this entrance exam.

KCET stands " Karnataka Common Entrance Test" 2016 will be conducted as a State level entrance exam for admission of Karnataka and wards of Jammu & Kashmir migrants candidates to various UG courses on government seats offered by many government , aided private institutions in Karnataka

Eligibility :-----------

Candidates got their qualifying certificate from any open school or university are nor eligible to KCET 2016
The candidates must be the living of Karnataka State or having a mother tongue as Kannada or having 7 years academic background in institutions in Karnataka
The candidates must be of age 17 years as on or before 31st December 2016

Yes, you can appear for Karnataka Common Entrance Test 2016 but you have fulfill below given criteria.

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard with above 50% in English, Physics, Chemistry or Biology subjects taken together are eligible for KCET 2016 exam.
