Re: Can I do B.Tech from IP university after Polytechnic? Hi friend IP university is a UGC recognized university and hence You can do the the b.tech degree from this university after the diploma. After the diploma ,you can also get the job and do private degree by giving the exams only. BEST OF LUCK
