CLAT is the Common Law Admission Test. For bachelor of law a candidate must clear this exam. It is conducted by National Law University of India. The eligibility criteria for this is that candidate must have done 12th from a recognized board.

The upper age limit for candidates of general category is 20 years and upper age limit for reserved category is 22 years.

Your age will be 23 years in 2016 so you can not apply for CLAT 2016

No.You are not eligible to apply for CLAT 2016 as per Age Limit Criteria.CLAT is the Common Law Admission Test conducted for admission in Law Universities.

Qualification
- You must have Qualification LLB/L.B with atleast 55% aggregate for General & 50% for SC/ST to get admission in LLM.

Age Limit
- For General : 20 Years
- For Reserve category : 22 Years
Your B.O.D 12 June , 1993.So , You are more than 22 years.So , You are not eligible to apply for CLAT.

Sorry yo say but you are not eligible for the Common Law Aptitude Test because as you are 22 years and next year in 2016 your age will be 23 years but the upper age limit for candidates of SC category for CLAT exam is 22 years including relaxation in upper age limit.

So you can't apply for CLAT 2016.

CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test and it is an entrance examination is held for the selection of students for their law courses from any of the 16 National Law Universities.

CLAT examinations are held once every year by the mid of May for which the application forms are available from January to March of same year.

The eligibility criteria for appearing in the same examinations are as here under :-

--> You must have the nationality of India.

--> You must have higher secondary school degree with any discipline from a recognized board of education.

--> Your age must not exceed 20 years. In case of SC/ST or PH candidates extension of two years is provided.

As your date of birth is in June 1993 so by the year 2016 it will be over 22 years and hence you are not eligible for CLAT 2016 being a SC applicant also.

No, you are not eligible to appear for the CLAT examination as you have crossed the maximum age limit. CLAT stands for the Common Law Admission Test and it is the examination conducted for the admission of the aspirants in one of the sixteen law university to pursue the law degree.

The examination is conducted by the one of National Law University every year. The examination for the 2015 ended.

The eligibility to appear for the examination as according to the 2015 notifications is :-
* Candidates must have passed the 10+2 from the recognised board.
* Candidates must have scored at least 45% in the 10+2 and for the SC/ST it is 40%.
* Candidates age must be less than the 22 years for the SC/ST candidates upto the 1st July in the year of appearing.

So you are not eligible to appear to pursue the course but you can apply for the private university to take the admission.

No, you are not eligible for the Common Law Admission Test that will be held in 2016 because your age will be above 22 years on 01st July of 2016.

The upper age limit for CLAT exam is 22 years for SC/ST candidates and for general category candidates is 20 years.

Common Law Admission Test is conducted by the National Law Universities of India. This entrance exam gives candidate to pursue bachelor's degree in law from top law institutes of India.

The eligibility criteria for the CLAT exam:

>>Candidate must have done 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board. 10+2 appearing candidates can also apply for the exam.

>>The minimum percentage of marks is 45% for general and OBC candidates and for SC/ST candidates it is 40% in 10+2 board exams.

Age limit.

For candidates belonging to general category upper age limit is 20 years and for SC/ST candidates is 22 years on 1st July of year of examination.

As your date of birth is 12/06/1993, you will more than 22 years on 01/07/2016, so even being SC candidate you are not eligible for the CLAT 2016.

No, you are not eligible to appear for the CLAT 2016 examination. CLAT stands for the Common Law Admission Test and it is conducted by one of the sixteen National Law University of India.

The eligibility to appear for the CLAT UG course is :-

* Candidates must have passed the 10+2 from the recognised board.
* Candidates age must be less than the 20 years before the 1st July of the year of appearing and relaxation of the 2 years for the SC/ST candidates.
* Candidates must have scored at least 45% and 5% relaxation for the SC/ST candidates to appear in the examination.

So you cannot apply for the examination next year. To get any more information for the examination you can visit at the www.clat.ac.in

No, you are not eligible for CLAT exam 2016 because for CLAT exam, your age should be below 20 years. The age criteria for CLAT exam 2016 is below 20 years. There is no age relaxation for reserved category candidates.

If you have completed 12th standard from any stream with above 50% marks from a recognized board then you are eligible to attend in CLAT exam for admission in Under graduate course.

My age is 22 years old and the issue is that I belong to sc category. Can i give clat 2016 test? my date of birth is 12 june 1993 . i belong to sc category . can i give clat 2016??
