Re: What is the age limit for magistrate entrance exam? Magistrate means the civil officer charged with administration of Law. To become magistrate , it is necessary for the candidate to have LLB degree. LLB stands for Bachelor in Legislative Law. The minimum age limit to appear in magistrate examination is 21 years and maximum age limit is 35 years. 5 years relaxation is allowed for reserved categories such as SC and ST. After completion of LLB, students can appear in the State Judicial Service Examination conducted by the respective state government in three phases which includes Preliminary,Mains and Personal Interview. The candidates passed in the examination will become magistrate. |
