Re: What is the qualification for railway jobs? you should have passed in 10th with minimum 50% marks if yo have a graduation degree in engineering or other stream with the degree you have many option to apply various post like ** Junior engineer ** Loco pilot ** Ticket collector ** Computer operator ** High rank officer entry for DRS,etc ** Doctors for Railway hospital ** Engineers for various purposes from trades like ME, CS,IT,ECE,EEE/EE,Civil Engineering |

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard from a recognized university are eligible for Railway Recruitment Board Group-D Ticket Collector. Your age should be in between 18 to 27 years. Indian Railway in Group D post:- Eligibility criteria for Group D post:- 1) Those candidates who have completed 10th standard from recognized board are eligible for Railway Group D post. 2) Your minimum age should be 18 years. Indian Railway Loco Pilot exam:- Eligible ITI departments are Fitter/Electrician/Instrument Mechanic/Mill Wright or Maintenance Mechanic/Mechanic Radio & TV/Electronics Mechanic/Mechanic Motor Vehicle/Wireman/Tractor Mechanic/Armature & Coil Winder/Mechanic Diesel/Heat Engine/Turner/Machinist/Refrigeration & AC Mechanic Eligible Diploma departments are Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile Engineering recognized by AICTE are also applicable. Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years. |
