How to join RAW agency? # RAW is the abbreviation of Research and Analysis Wing. # RAW is an intelligence agency which primarily meant for keeping eye and keeping check on internal/external threat on country. # There is no provision of recruitment process for RAW. There is no direct recruitment but there is indirect recruitment. # As per trend, recruitment in RAW is done through existing soldiers/officers of military, paramilitary forces and police forces. # Only those soldiers/officers are taken into consideration who have excellent service record. # If a candidate wishes to join RAW, he should have to join military, para-military forces or police force firstly. # It is expected that candidate must have followings qualities: * Ability to face adverse circumstances * Sharp memory and mind * Ability to take quick decision * Ability to travel long distances * Excellent physical fitness level |

Re: Qualification required to join RAW? How to join RAW agency? Let me inform you that there is no entrance exam conducted that can given you opportunity to join RAW directly. RAW stands for the Research and Analysis Wing. It is intelligence agency of India under the ministry of defence. Several ways to enter RAW: ~~ If you clear the Civil Services exam and become IPS officer and work with the best service record, you may get chance depending upon your performance to join RAW. ~~You can join RAW through armed force like Indian Airforce, Indian Navy and Indian Army. For joining Army, Airforce and Navy, you can appear for NDA exam at 10+2 level and Combined defense services at bachelor's degree level. You must have some excellent presence of mind, caliber and talent as these are required to become RAW officer. |

Re: Qualification required to join RAW? How to join RAW agency? RAW is known as Research and Analysis Wing which is an intelligence agency under ministry of defence. There is not any direct recruitment for RAW. For recruitment into RAW, the candidates are selected from military and paramilitary forces who have excellent and extraordinary service record. The selected candidate has to undergo severe tough training. Candidates are required to be mentally alert, have analytical brain, able to adapt according to circumstances, able to travel long distances etc. So, the first step to get into RAW is to get recruited in Indian army or civil services first of all. The Best way to join to Indian civil department is to join the IPS .For this post the candidate has to apply for the CSAT exam (Civil Service Aptitude Test) and clear this exam to become IPS. The chances of joining the RAW department is more after becoming the IPS officer . Another way to join Indian RAW is to go for CDSE(Common Defense Services Exam) or NDA exam. UPSC conducts these exams every year to recruit personnel in the different wings of Indian Army. The candidate has to make a good career in this field to have a chance to join in the RAW. |
