Rule of Law in Indian Constitution
The expression 'Rule of Law' has been derived from the French phrase 'la principle de legalite', i.e. a Government based on the principles of law.
and according to indian constitution Rules of law contains three principle meaning
1. Supremacy of I.aw
2. Equality before Law
3. Predominance of Legal Spirit
The law according to indian constitution can be read in the following article.
It is the best i have read,it will make your all doubts clear.
