Yes you are eligible for JEE exam even after a gap of one year so don't worry about that. Firstly complete your 12th with at least 50%,marks. Then you can definitely apply again.

if you do your 12th class again from nios or cbse itself,if you fail so don't worry about it because failing doesn't matter due to you are passed through other board. So you are eligible for iit jee mains exam
