Yes Off course you're eligible for RTO after completing Diploma course in Mechanical Engineering course. But, you're only eligible for Clerical Grade post after completing Diploma course. To apply for this examination then the applicant should be hold a Diploma course from recognized university and the age the applicant in between 18 years to 27 years and relaxation will be applicable for SC/ST and OBC category candidates. The Selection procedure for this entrance examination is based on the written examination. It's mandatory that you should be proficient in local language from which state you're apply for the examination.
