For this you must have physics, chemistry and maths as your subject in intermediate from any of the recognized university. Age criteria must be from 16.5 to 19.5 years. Re: Can I apply for airforce if I am a commerce student NO you can not apply for Air Force after passed 12th into a commerce stream. Because PCM(physics,chemistry,math)s most important. ELIGIBILITY- Candidates must passed 12th in a atleat 65% marks. passed the entrance exam NDA. age less then 20 years. age relaxation only for SC candidates. visit online for more details. www.upsc.gov.in |

Re: Can I apply for airforce if I am a commerce student Sorry, you are not eligible to join the Air Force after the commerce stream in the 10+2. But you can join if you have done the 10+2 with the PCM. To join the Air Force after the 10+2 the required qualification is candidates must have passed the or appearing in the 10+2 from the recognised board and age must be between the 16.5-19.5 years. Only male candidates are eligible. Also the candidates have to qualify in the NDA examination for the final selection.The examination is conducted in the two stages and the candidates have to qualify in both the stages for the final selection. But you can apply Indian Army through NDA exam. NDA stands for National Defence Service exam. NDA Examination is conducted for 3 wings-Indian Air Force, Indian Navy and Indian Army. The candidate's who have completed the 12th standard from a recognized board or equivalent exam are eligible for NDA exam. Final year of 12th standard candidate are eligible for NDA exam. Your age should be in between to 16.5 years to 19.5 years. There is no age relaxation for SC/ST candidates. |
