Re: Date of UP TGT 2016 entrance exam # The Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board (UPSESSB) has recently advertised for around 7000 posts of TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) and PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) in the year 2015. # Minimum required educational qualification is graduate and post-graduate degree in concerned subject from a recognised university or equivalent. # The prescribed minimum age for all the posts is 21 years. However, there is age relaxation in upper age for reserved categories as per government rules. # Only online mode of submission of application form will be accepted. # Tentative scheduled for online submission of application form is as follows: * Advertisement for the posts of PGT & TGT : October 2015 * Start of online submission of application form : Mid of October 2015 * Deadline for submission of application form : November 2015 # Breakup of PGT & TGT posts is as follows: * PGT Teacher : 706 posts * TGT Teacher : 5663 posts * Principal : 625 posts # Important details regarding UPSESSB Examination: * The total marks fixed for written examination is 300 marks. * The duration of written examination is three hours. * Questions asked in the written examination generally pertain to English/Hindi language, General Knowledge and concerned subjects. |
