Yes you are eligible for LLB course.

It doesn't matter in which stream you have been completed your graduation.One should have completing graduation in any stream from recognized university with minimum 55% marks.

For SC/St candidates 5% marks relaxation is required.

You have also appear CLAT exam (Common Law Admission Test).

LLB stands for Bachelor in Legislative Law.
It is 3 years degree program for students who have completed their higher secondary examination.
So, you can take admission in LLB after completing B.Sc Hotel Management if you are interested to pursue your career in field of law.
To get admission in Law, students need to qualify in the entrance examination of the college in which they want to take admission.
Most popular law colleges in India are under National Law University.
To get admission in National Law University , students need to qualify CLAT.
CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test.
It is conducted by National Law University for admission in colleges under NLU.
Also, other universities like Amity University , SRM university , Anna university and others also conducts their own entrance examination for admission in LLB.

You are eligible for 3 years LLB course, only if you meet the following requirements:

You must have passed 10+2 Exam in any stream from any recognized institution.

You must have completed your Bachelor course in any discipline with at least 45% marks. Some of the institutes also have a criteria for 50% in the qualifying exam.

Your age must be less than 30 years if you are General candidate. (for reserved candidates, age limit is 35 years)

Note that if you haven't completed 10+2 and took admission directly in Bachelor course through Lateral Entry exam, then you are not eligible to do LLB 3 years duration course.

If you have fulfill below given criteria, then you are eligible for LLB course.

If you have completed 12th standard from any stream with above 50% marks from a recognized board then you are eligible LLB course.

The candidate age should not be more than 20 Years for under graduate course.

LLB exam is conducted by CLAT exam.

The eligibility criteria for the three years bachelor's degree in law is:

1. Graduation in any stream from a recognized university. Final year candidates can also apply for the examination.

2. The minimum percentage of marks for general candidate is 50% and for SC/ST category is 40% in bachelor's degree.

3. The upper age limit for general category candidate is 30 years and upper age relaxed for reserved category candidate.

So, yes, you are eligible for the three years LLB after completing bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and catering science.
