I have secured 76% in 10th PSU is the Public Sector Undertakings and in the recent years PSUs have started to recruit candidates on the basis of GATE scorecard. The qualification mentioned by you at 10th, 10+2 and bachelor's degree level is enough to be eligible for the different PSUs. Now what matters to get a job in PSUs, is to appear for the GATE entrance exam and crack the exam with ranks below 500 if you want to get a call letter from top PSUs for interview process. In PSU recruitment, good weightage is given to GATE scorecard then to degree marks and finally your performance in interview. |

To get the recruitment in the PSU the candidates have to qualify in the GATE examination. So, you need to appear for the GATE examination and qualify in the examination with the better score to become eligible for the PSU's. The examination is conducted every year and there is no limitation on the number of attempts to appear for the examination. |

I have secured 76% in 10th Yes, you are eligible to apply for the PSU's through the GATE entrance examination after pursuing the B.tech course. To get the recruitment in the PSU's the candidates need to qualify in the GATE examination with the rank less than the 500 and most qualify in the other stages such as Group Discussion and the Personal Interview conducted by the PSU's. So, you can appear for the entrance examination conducted by the GATE to get the recruitment inspite of having not good score in the 10+2. |

What is the 12th criteria to apply in PSU through GATE? I have secured 76% in 10th what is the 12th criteria for applying in psus through GATE . i secured 76% in 10th , 53% in 12th and 67% in my degree in chemical engineering. can i apply for psus through gate 2013. |
