I think that with 68%, you will not be under a category of students, who have secured top 20 percentile. So, to become eligible for JEE advanced, you should try to take Improvement exams. Through improvement exams, you should increase your percentage up to 80 percentage. If you can secure 80 percentage, then you will fall under the category of top 20 percentile students. Then you will become eligible for JEE advanced exams

To be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced examination, you must have qualified and secured top 1,50,000 rank in JEE Main examination and also you must be in top 20 percentile of high scorers of your 12th board examinations or you must have secured atleast 75% (70% for SC/ST) marks in your 12th standard from a recognised board.

Since, you have not secured 75% marks and you are not in the top 20 percentile of high scorers of your 12th standard board examinations, then, by appearing for Improvement examinations and securing required marks or percentage, you are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced examination.
