Set Study Goals:- You should start with the basics & set your study goals. Stay focused on your priorities:- You should have focused towards that subject in which you are weak. Re: Tips to concentrate upon studies # Nothing is possible in the world without good concentration level, hard-work and proper strategy. # Good concentration level is one of the most important things in order to perform well in the academic and technical field. # Followings are the tips which must be keep in mind while preparing for achieving any aim in life: * Make a fixed time schedule or time table for study as per one's convenient. * Study the subjects when your body and mind is fully relaxed. * The place of study should be free from any noise/sound and any type of disturbance. * Try to keep your mobile phones and TV from the study room. * One should revise the study material/syllabus on regular and periodic level. * Perform 'Yogic Postures' and 'Pranayams' daily in order to have better functioning of mind and concentration level. * One should take balance diet. One should take Vitamin-C rich diet more. * One should spend little time on solving puzzles and game 'Sudoku' which helps in good exercise of brain which ultimately helps in improving concentration level. |

Re: Tips to concentrate upon studies Here are some tips that can really help you to concentrate on your studies: Make your notes by yourself only and write with beautiful handwriting so that can create interest in it. Try to study at early morning. Avoid to do those things which keep you away from studying. Try to study at late night by the light of lamp because it helps to concentrate. First study that subject which is more difficult the go for easy subjects. |
